The project
Urban housing and everyday amenities at one of Amsterdam's key transport nodes.
AMST is a mixed use project in central Amsterdam with 252 apartments. Around 80 percent of the homes fall within the mid market and social rental segments. The programme also includes a supermarket, hospitality and a parking garage.
The project was completed in 2023 and received a European Property Award.
