The project
Housing, care and commercial space brought together around a new urban plinth.
The HUB includes 77 private sector apartments and 16 care apartments. Its commercial plinth covers approximately 7,000 m² and includes retail, hospitality and office uses.
The project was delivered in phases during 2022 and 2023 and forms part of the wider transformation of Osdorpplein in Amsterdam New West.
